About My Clients
I support clients who cope with more intense mood and emotional regulation. You may experience moods that shift between highs and lows, finding that it is difficult to cope with work and relationships. You may be coping with childhood or relationship trauma, substance or alcohol use, or find your self often in conflict with others. Together, we can find the healing, balance, and healthy boundaries you desire for your life and relationships.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, meaning that I work with clients to identify treatment goals and how best to accomplish these goals in therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy. I blend these approaches to find a treatment that best works with a clients symptoms and personality.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a compassionate and understanding person. Ultimately, clients want to feel understood and accepted. No one wants to feel judged in the sacred space of therapy. Past clients value my down-to-earth approach .
