We work with Adults 18+ years, Teens 13-18years, and Families. A wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. My Background and Approach
We at Mindful DBT are all comprehensively trained and supervised by a Linehan Certified Clinician. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a evidenced based treatment for individuals who have several mental health conditions including: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal ideation, Self Harming Behaviors, Addictions and Trauma. We offer weekly individual therapy, weekly skills group and 24/7 phone coaching for clients to have wrap around services. To learn DBT skills, how to apply them in their lives, and to learn about their behaviors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As DBT therapists, we work with highly suicidal clientele. We work with other organizations such as American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We try to spread knowledge and hope about suicide and how DBT can be so beneficial for all people to learn and know.
