About My Clients
The people I work with are brave — willing to be vulnerable about what's really going on beneath the surface. Many are navigating life transitions, big or small, alongside depression, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship dynamics (friendships and romantic), and attachment patterns. Everyone's challenges are unique, so every client is thoughtfully paired with a therapist chosen specifically for their needs. You deserve care built around you.
My Background and Approach
I've been practicing since 2017 and licensed since 2020 — with continuing education in Trauma-Informed Care, so the care I offer is grounded and attuned to what you've been through, not guesswork. My deepest passion is working with women who feel out of place but can't quite name why. I call this work Unlearning Her — the process of peeling back everything you were taught to be, so you can find who you've actually been all along, before the world put a label on it. I understand this work because I've lived it. It takes one to know one, and that lived understanding shapes how I show up for every client — and how I train the therapists at Luna to show up for theirs, too.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have zero tolerance for injustice, in the therapy room and outside of it. I believe deeply in community — and just as deeply in individuality. The two aren't in conflict; real community makes room for who you actually are. Authenticity is, in my experience, the truest path to real connection. Too many of us let the fear of rejection, the fear of not fitting in, quietly steer our lives away from who we actually want to be. My work — and the work of every therapist at Luna — is to help you stop outsourcing your identity to fear, and start living in alignment with the person you already are underneath it all.
