About My Clients

You’re driven in your career, your sport, or your life. You’ve worked so hard and accomplished so much. Yet, something feels off. The pressure to constantly perform feels overwhelming, and you’re beginning to question if it’s all worth it. Even with everything you’ve achieved, you can’t escape the sense that you’re not living up to your true potential. It’s become harder to connect with others, manage the anxiety, and get over past challenges, making you wonder if you’ll ever find true peace.

My Background and Approach

I’ll use various therapeutic approaches to help you identify what’s at the root of your struggles. We’ll develop a tailored plan to give you back control over your emotions so you feel centered on a regular basis. When you regain your composure and reconnect to the values that matter most to you, you’ll reignite the passion for your work, sport, and life. Additionally, my approach involves focusing on safety and trust as principal foundations to the therapeutic relationship. In sessions, I work to help you feel heard and supported. While each individual has their own experience in therapy, working with me will feel as if you have someone on your team who truly cares about your overall wellbeing. Some of the areas I focus on include strengthening emotional stability, developing practical strategies to navigate personal and interpersonal challenges, and increasing self-awareness to help you live in alignment with your values.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves support—whether you’re a high-performing professional, an athlete, or anyone working hard in life. Managing challenges on your own is a valuable skill, and I deeply respect the resilience and dedication that brings. At the same time, I understand that for many high achievers, asking for help can feel difficult because of the belief that you should handle things independently. In our work together, I honor both your strengths and the courage it takes to reach out. And it’s important to remember that it’s okay and often necessary to ask for help when you need it. It takes immense courage to reach out on such a personal level. Together, we’ll restore your inner equilibrium, allowing you to show up fully—not just in your work, but in your life or sport. Being a high performer doesn’t mean you have to be overwhelmed every day of your life. It’s time to embrace who you are and build a future where you feel grounded and genuinely fulfilled.
