We'll spend time talking about you as a person, not as a diagnosis. Your life, your friends, your career, what inspires you, and what keeps you up at night. We'll find hope by looking at the different ways change is possible, starting with the therapeutic relationship.
I'll share with you my lived experience, professional training, and the techniques that have helped myself and others through in the difficult times. Mental health can be complicated, but I'm a firm believer that you know yourself best. I'm simply a guide that helps bring about mental clarity, acting intentionally, validation, and creative solutions to life's challenges as a young adult, woman of color, or someone living with anxiety, self-esteem, and perfectionism.
