I welcome all people in all configurations of relationships who are looking to navigate how to create more authentic connections and understand their attachment needs. Topics may include navigating and negotiating boundaries, scheduling, safer sex agreements, jealousy, communication, how to open up, dismantling monogamous scripts, managing equity, and many others.

I am a self-identified pansexual queer with friends and family all over the rainbow. I have received specialized training in working with gender and sexual identity and dismantling the cis-het narrative.

I often describe anxiety as the space between expectation and reality. Sometimes, anxiety is a manifestation of external factors, such as stress and normal life events. Sometimes, our bodies just aren't dealing with neurotransmitters properly. Let's work together to discover and then tackle the underlying cause of your anxiety.

Attachment drives all of our interpersonal interactions with other humans, from your partner(s) to the cashiers at the grocery stores. Attachments help us feel safe, but can also be a source of great distress when they feel out of alignment. Understanding how your attachments were formed and how that is affecting you now is an important part of understanding how to be more authentically you.

The most important part of therapy is in creating a safe space for clients to explore their options and be honest with themselves. Providing that space is at the core of person-centered therapy. My primary goal in every session is to help you feel safe with yourself and others, allowing for growth and introspection.

Thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected in a way that makes you uniquely you. By slowing down and looking at how these three things interact for you, you can begin to make the changes you want to see.

I am a PACT level 1 trained couples therapist. PACT is a psycho-biological approach to couples therapy that combines understanding neurology, attachment systems, and arousal to get to the process underlying communication difficulties.

I a level 2 trained Brainspotting therapist and will soon be certified. Brainspotting is similar to EMDR, in that it helps clients process trauma stuck in the deeper parts of the brain. Clients can experience rapid relief from dysregulation - much faster than traditional talk therapy.

IFS is a transformative modality that helps us get in touch with all parts of ourselves, and can help create self-connection and self-compassion.

I have specialized training in working with sex and porn addiction/OCSB, asexual/demisexual identities, erectile difficulties, difficulty orgasaming, painful sex, desire discrepancy, MAPs, and many other sexual health concerns. I come from a sex-positive and kink-positive lens that welcomes exploring anything in detail.
