About My Clients
I work primarily with adults who are navigating anxiety, grief and loss, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they want to change. Some are adjusting to relationship shifts, changing family roles, or the emotional challenges that can come with motherhood. They are often looking for a supportive space to process what they’re experiencing while building practical tools for everyday life.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also integrating mindfulness and compassion-based strategies. I believe therapy should help you better understand what you’re experiencing while also providing practical tools you can use in everyday life. Together we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, grief, or feelings of being stuck. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health and grief work, and I often support clients who are navigating loss, major life transitions, or changes in relationships and identity. I also integrate principles from Gottman Method training when helping individuals explore relationship patterns. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to talk openly while also working toward meaningful insight, resilience, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Everyone carries unique experiences that shape how they see themselves and the world. My role is not to judge or direct your life, but to walk alongside you as we explore what is happening and what may help you move forward. I believe people have the capacity for growth and resilience, and therapy can be a space where that process begins to unfold.
