About My Clients
I have extensive experience working with children and parents, as well as individuals working through various life transitions. I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals. I love working with new moms, navigating parenthood for the first time.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in several trauma informed, and somatic treatment therapies. I incorporate a blend of these as appropriate for each patient. For children, I utilize play based therapies as well.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual, and I am committed to standing up for the rights and well-being of those who have been historically marginalized. This includes advocating for the LGBTQI community, BIPOC individuals, and neurodivergent people, ensuring that their voices are heard, respected, and valued. I recognize the importance of creating spaces where all people, regardless of identity, can thrive without fear of discrimination or injustice.
