About My Clients
I work with a wide range of clients but often find myself supporting couples, young adult males, and adult males on specific concerns. I also help clients explore the broader themes and systems that shape their lives, how past experiences, relationships, and personal beliefs influence who they are and where they want to go. Growth isn’t just about resolving struggles; it’s about creating a life that feels more intentional, connected, and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I bring experience supporting young adults, adult men, and couples through a range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, premarital counseling, and parenting. My clinical journey has included work in community mental health and family services, where I supported high-needs families, parents, and children facing significant emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. These experiences have profoundly deepened my appreciation for the strength and vulnerability individuals bring to therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am dedicated to providing care that respects each client’s unique story, culture, and values. It is a privilege to be part of this work, and I approach every client’s journey with humility, authenticity, and hope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I want therapy to be a place where you feel supported, understood, and capable of change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I try to balance thoughtful exploration with practical steps forward. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, genuine curiosity, and grounded discussion. Together, we’ll make sense of the challenges in your life, uncover strengths, and create space for growth in ways that feel authentic to you.
