About My Clients

Do you often look like you have it all together while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside? Maybe you’re caught in overthinking, perfectionism, relationship stress, or a major life transition. You may be navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or shifts in identity and wondering where you fit in it all. Therapy can offer space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.

My Background and Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to the person in front of me. I don’t follow a rigid formula—instead, sessions leave room to explore what feels most important, at a pace and depth that feels comfortable for you. Together, we may look at patterns in your thoughts, relationships, and past experiences while also finding practical ways to navigate what is happening in the present. My background includes years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, OCD, life transitions, relationship concerns, and women’s mental health, with additional certification in perinatal mental health. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier ways of responding to what feels difficult, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more fully—not judging or rushing to “fix” what feels difficult. The patterns we develop often make sense in the context of our experiences, relationships, and the ways we have learned to move through the world. Therapy can create the space to slow down, become curious about those patterns, and decide what still serves you and what you may be ready to change. I also believe there is no single right way to move through life. Growth can look like setting different boundaries, responding to yourself with more compassion, letting go of expectations that no longer fit, or simply feeling more grounded in who you are. My hope is that therapy offers a space where you can show up as you are, feel understood without judgment, and explore what a more connected and intentional life might look like for you.
