I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, parenting concerns, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, and family conflict. I also provide couples counseling and support for individuals experiencing divorce, behavioral concerns, and everyday life stressors. I work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families, creating a supportive space.
My Background and Approach
With over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow. My background includes extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional and behavioral concerns across the lifespan. I have advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, play therapy techniques, and the Gottman Method for couples counseling. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals, integrating evidence-based approaches with warmth, authenticity, and practical tools to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

I deeply value family, faith, personal growth, and community, and I understand firsthand that life can bring unexpected challenges, transitions, grief, and trauma. These experiences have strengthened my empathy and reinforced my belief that meaningful change is possible, even during difficult seasons of life.
