About My Clients
I serve adolescents, young adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, sexual issues, and other issues related to personal, cultural, or gender identity.
My Background and Approach
I have a human rights background from UC Berkeley and my master's in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. My theoretical orientation is existential and highly integrative depending on your unique needs. My approach is relational, and I may utilize a family systems framework to address issues that come up in family or couples therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that authenticity is a prerequisite for growth and healing, and as such, I invite you bring your full, unfiltered self into our sessions. As a clinician, I pride myself in fostering a nonjudgmental, sex-positive, and humor-friendly space to explore anything and everything holding you back from your potential. Together, we can co-create a therapeutic relationship foundational to your personal growth and emotional development to overcome obstacles, heal from trauma, and forge a path that's uniquely yours.
