About My Clients
My area of expertise lies in working with young adults, teenagers, and couples, guiding them through the intricate web of building strong relationships. During our sessions, I offer a new perspective by melding my years of experience as a therapist with evidence-based techniques. Together, we can unravel emotional challenges, establish enriching communication patterns, and cultivate essential life skills to help you succeed on your journey to well-being.
My Background and Approach
My therapy approach is a blend of evidence-based modalities. I primarily use Narrative therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide my work. I graduated from Seattle University in 2020 from their Marriage and Family Therapy program. While getting my undergrad at Brigham Young University, I worked as a mentor for teenagers who had been recently been released from a juvenile detention center.
