About My Clients

Do you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing your decisions, or feeling like you have to hold everything together? Maybe you appear confident on the outside while quietly struggling with self-doubt, relationship challenges, or the impact of difficult past experiences. Together, we'll help you better understand these patterns, build self-trust, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.

My Background and Approach

Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and tailored to you. I won't just sit back and nod. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer observations, and help you make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, relationships, and family dynamics continue to shape the present while also focusing on practical strategies you can use in your everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm but direct approach. My goal is for you to leave sessions with both greater insight and practical tools you can use outside of therapy. I draw from evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, attachment based, and trauma informed therapies, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Whether we're exploring deeper patterns or navigating a current challenge, I hope you'll leave therapy with greater self trust, healthier relationships, and more confidence in yourself and your ability to navigate life's challenges.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people are incredibly resilient and capable of growth, even when life feels overwhelming or they feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy isn't about fixing who you are. It's about better understanding yourself, healing from difficult experiences, and learning new ways of relating to yourself and others. I believe every person deserves to feel fully seen, accepted, and respected for who they are, including the parts of themselves they may feel ashamed of, afraid to share, or uncertain how to make sense of. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in cultural humility, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I also believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My hope is that you'll feel supported, appropriately challenged, and encouraged as you build greater self-trust, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
