About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, major life changes, relationship stress, or the emotional demands of pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood. My ideal clients are adults who are ready to better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change. Whether you’re facing a recent transition or have felt stuck for years, therapy can provide a supportive space to regain confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.
My Background and Approach
As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), I provide evidence-based therapy with a warm, collaborative approach. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating person-centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based techniques to meet your unique needs. I have experience supporting adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustment. My goal is to help you understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build effective coping strategies, and develop confidence in handling life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll create realistic goals and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change both inside and outside of our sessions.
