I work with people who have been hurt, misunderstood, who deal with trauma, depression, anxiety, and religious deconversion. You matter, your story matters. This is a judgment-free space to share, heal, grow and thrive. We work together to move towards your ideal life. My connection with my clients drives me to work with people. My Background and Approach
I have my Master of Arts in Clinical and Educational Counseling. I have worked in a psychiatric hospital working with people dealing with suicidal ideation, trauma, and psychosis. I have experience working in schools, both K-12 and at the College level; and I have worked in various private practice settings helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem, and issues with gender identity and sexual orientation.

My connection with my clients drives me to work with people. I want to know who you are, even if you don’t fully understand that yet. My core values in therapy include authenticity, empathy, safety, professionalism, and growth. I disclose parts of me that help clients feel comfortable with themselves and know they are in a safe, non-judgmental space.
