I am available to meet clients online and utilize an eclectic approach as I like to meet clients where they are at providing helpful tools that can be utilized in everyday life. I have experience working with individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Grief and Loss, Parenting and Family Issues, Phase of Life Transitions, and Career/Work Issues. I enjoy learning new things and listening to other's stories as well as being able to help as much as I can when needed. I believe everyone needs someone in they can trust to listen with no judgment who can be present and I like to think I can be that person for you.
