About My Clients
My clients are children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions. Many people seek a safe and supportive space to process their emotions, build self-awareness, and heal at their own pace. I specialize in trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ affirming support, meeting each client with compassion and respect for their unique journey.
My Background and Approach
I'm a clinical intern with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life transitions, identity exploration, and trauma recovery. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier thinking, and build practical coping tools. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves access to respectful, affirming care and the freedom to live authentically as their true selves. I’m grounded in the belief that therapy should honor each person’s autonomy, dignity, and lived experience. I approach my work with a deep respect for human rights, social justice, and the resilience of individuals navigating complex systems and personal challenges.
