We all need a safe place to put down our armor. To say how we’re really feeling. Without that, our batteries wear down pretty fast.

About My Clients

(VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA) Are you looking for deeper meaning in your career or relationships? Working your way through stress, conflict, a break up, or big life decision? Do you feel stuck and not even sure where to begin? It’s ok, everyone needs someone to talk to. The truth is that most people feel successful in some parts of their lives, but a little bit lost in others. That doesn’t make you weak, unstable, or mentally ill. That makes you perfectly human.

My Background and Approach

My technique is a holistic blend of Transpersonal Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, Compassionate Inquiry, Inner Child Work, Narrative Therapy, Ancestral Healing, Shadow Work, and Post-Traumatic Growth. My framework is creative, progressive, feminist, pro-choice, anti-racist, queer, trans, poly, and sex worker friendly. MY QUALIFICATIONS 2006 – Dalhousie University, BA 2009 – Hollyhock Institute for Social Change, Philanthropy 2015 – Vancouver School of Healing Arts, Yoga Therapy 2020 – Clearmind International Institute, Diploma in Counselling Psychology 2020 – University of Alberta, Indigenous Canada 2021 – Dr. Gabor Maté, Healing Trauma & Addiction 2025 – Board Member, Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I've been a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in Vancouver, BC Canada since 2020. I try to create a truly welcoming environment that feels like a place you’d like to hangout and have a great conversation, instead of a clinical assessment. There’s a chalkboard in my office that I sometimes fill with lists and diagrams so you can snap a photo before you leave. Pocket full of inspiration – to go! One good idea is to buy yourself a new journal to bring to our sessions so you can make your own notes. This way, you can track your questions and progress between meetings. You might choose a gorgeous book with velvety paper that you love to run your hands over, or a spiral notebook from a dollar store. It doesn’t need to be something fancy, just a place where you can record your private thoughts.
