My Background and Approach
I use a collaborative approach with all clients to develop the best plan for their desired healing and am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting (BSP), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I hold the belief that, with the right support in a non-judgmental space, everyone has the capacity to undergo positive transformation. It is my conviction that we can unlearn negative habits, beliefs, and patterns through healing, replacing them with strategies that prove more effective.
