My Background and Approach
Employed in the mental health field for more than 20 years, I have worked in various settings with children, adolescents and adults. Having had experience with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, military family life, grief/loss, post-traumatic stress and life transitions, developmental disabilities, and end of life issues, my approach draws on a variety of theories and techniques. I am direct and solution focused, and seek to work collaboratively with you to find what works for you.
