About My Clients

I work with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing difficulties around life transitions, identity formation, cultural identity, family dynamics, relationships, anxiety, and those needing general support in navigating life events. I also love working with couples seeking premarital counseling. I strive to help my clients gain clarity and understanding, feel empowered, and develop a greater sense of connection as well as agency.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic, as I believe it’s important to consider all aspects of self. As relational beings, we are influenced by our family, friends, cultures, and society. These factors shape who we are and how we exist in relation today. l emphasize my client’s strengths and their inherent potential for growth, healing, and change, if given a supportive, safe, loving, and enriching environment. I incorporate cultural sensitivity and a trauma-informed approach. I often use an attachment lens to conceptualize and facilitate healing. It’s my privilege to witness and experience the immense strength and vulnerability within my clients as I help them navigate life's ups and downs. I received my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Western Washington University and my Master of Science (M.S.) from Seattle Pacific University. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and am a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
