My goal is to provide safe, affirming, and experience guidance actively addressing concerns related to relationship conflict and distress, anxiety and depression, and complicated grief and loss. Psychotherapy can be a healing experience in transforming relational trauma and adverse childhood attachment experiences.
My Background and Approach
I have received specialized training in state-of-the-art, mind-body approaches towards personal growth and healing, including certification in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) & advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) training. I have been successful in addressing relationship conflict and strengthening partnership bonds. I work online through HIPAA compliant Zoom and in-person.
