About My Clients
You’ve got the job, the relationship (or the ghost of one), the to-do list that never ends. On paper, it makes sense. In your body, it doesn’t. You’re managing everything—but something feels off. And lately, you’re thinking things like: “Is this it?” “Do I actually want this?” “What would happen if I just stopped?” You’re not falling apart. You’re waking up. I work with women in the in between years who are DONE being silent and polite about their pain.
My Background and Approach
If you’re looking for someone to nod, ask how you feel about that, and let you vent for 45 minutes—you’re in the wrong place. I’m here for women who are ready to do the real work. The uncomfortable, overdue, finally-get-it-out-on-the-table kind of work. We get right to it. Before I became a therapist, I spent 15 years in the corporate and startup world.I know what it’s like to feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside. My shift into therapy wasn’t a soft career pivot. It was a deliberate choice to go all in on something that matters—to have real conversations with women who are sick of being everything to everyone, and are finally ready to figure out what they want for themselves. I’ve been told I’m the kind of therapist people wish they’d found sooner. I’m direct. I’m clear. And I’ll call out the patterns keeping you stuck without ever making you feel judged for them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You won’t get sugarcoated affirmations here. You’ll get space to be honest, tools that work, and someone who actually gives a damn about helping you come back to yourself. This is not self-help with better lighting. This is therapy for women who are done being silent and polite about their pain.
