About My Clients
When working with couples, I assist clients in improving communication skills, tackling conflicts, and strengthening bonds. I provide sex therapy to individuals couples who are struggling with sexual problems or performance issues. I also help pre-marital couples address potential high conflict issues and learn communication skills that will help them throughout their marriage. *Please note that insurance can only be accepted at East Dallas location or Telehealth

In therapy, I believe that it is in the context of a positive and meaningful therapist-client relationship that the best change occurs. So, my approach is to offer a safe space for you to share anything and I will be there to offer you empathy and care, while providing feedback and direction as needed.
