About My Clients
From an early age I learned that I could hold the space for my loved ones in a way that felt effortless but impactful. While my educational background provided me with the clinical knowledge to understand mental health, trusting and developing my instincts made all the difference in my personal path to becoming a therapist. I have experience working in community mental health and educational settings particularly within underserved communities and diverse populations.
My Background and Approach
My values are shaped by the many hats I wear in my day to day. I am a first-generation, Mexican American woman, a first time mom, and a wife in a bicultural marriage. Within my roles, I do my best to be a compassionate listener and intuitive communicator. I work to provide clients a safe and nonjudgmental space where struggles can be humanize and pain embraced.
