About My Clients
My clients are often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or navigating a difficult transition. They may be struggling with relationships, self-esteem, family conflict, college, career decisions, or the pressures of adulthood. They want more than someone to listen—they want practical tools, insight, and a supportive therapist who will help them create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual because I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and positive psychology to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools while building on your strengths to help you move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
