About My Clients
My passion lies in providing individual therapy to tweens, teens, and adults dealing with chronic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, body image issues, and disordered eating. My Background and Approach
While eclectic in my therapeutic approach, I utilize interventions that are proven to benefit these specific issues. The treatment methods I most often use include: Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodrama, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Sand Tray Therapy, and Play Therapy. I acknowledge that the world is ever shifting and am invested in expanding my therapeutic skills through future trainings to adjust along with it.

My goal is to aid you in developing an intrinsic understanding of yourself and discovering your inner strengths. Recognizing my passion, along with the intensive knowledge required to support those struggling with disordered eating, I pursued a specialized certification through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). iaedp offers the most widely respected certification process for specializing in eating disorder treatment.
