About My Clients
Many of my clients have attachment wounds, meaning their early caregivers were not good enough/safe enough. And wounds can heal. Through connecting with ourselves, we can find hope and healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone has the capacity to heal, and all of our behaviors and emotions make sense within the context of who we are and what we've been through. We are not broken. We are using the tools we have to try to survive. And once we start to feel a little better, our old behaviors that are not serving us well anymore can change.
