My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Karen's goal for therapy is to walk alongside you through whatever life is throwing at you or has thrown at you. She provides a relaxed, easy going, and comfortable environment. Her therapy room will be a safe place met with non-judgmental support. Karen's approach is to come together and collaboratively come up with goals that you are wanting to work towards during our therapy sessions. From there, she will provide you tools that can help you reach your goals.
