I am a counsellor trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches, dedicated to supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and challenges related to aging or major life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, and I know how difficult it can feel to carry these burdens alone.
