I help adults facing trauma, anxiety, addiction, co-dependency, betrayal, and relationship challenges build healthier coping skills and self-compassion. Using evidence-based CBT, DBT, MI, 12-Step, SMART Recovery, and ACoA-informed therapy, we work together to uncover strengths and create lasting growth.
My Background and Approach

Do old wounds resurface when relationships feel uncertain, leaving you exhausted, hypervigilant, or stuck in self-doubt? Many of my clients worry they’re broken because of their reactions. You’re not. These responses often come from past trauma, stress, or loss. Together, we work to calm your nervous system, build emotional safety, and help you reconnect with your strength and sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have an incredible capacity for healing and growth at any stage of life. I don’t believe you are broken or flawed because you struggle. Many emotional and mental health challenges develop as understandable responses to stress, trauma, or unsafe environments. With the right support, these patterns can be understood, softened, and changed. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and empowered to reconnect with ourselves. Therapy is a collaborative process where compassion, evidence-based tools, and self-awareness work together to create lasting change.
