My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Human emotions are connected to human needs and we work on making those connections for you to feel better and know what you want to do. We all want to feel better, grow and connect but sometimes we don't know how to get unstuck from old patterns. I believe through talk therapy we can find ways to understand ourselves better, and learn to grow, and heal.
