I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with almost ten years of experience working with individuals that range in age from 3 years old to 93 years old. I meet the client where they are in their journey to assist them with establishing the goals that they wish to achieve and the action plan to get there together.
