About My Clients
I help men and women find acceptance in their bodies by increasing self esteem, and gaining emotional well being. It is important for me to be able to partner with client's to find their strengths and resiliency in a meaningful and productive way.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach includes the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy and Act and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The client is able to learn skills that can be generalized outside of therapy and carried on throughout their life. In addition, these modalities, increase a sense of empowerment and autonomy.
