SFBT is a present tense form of therapy that allows you to target specific triggers that are contributing to a poor quality of life. SFBT allows you to be more in charge of you."

Depression, like anger, is complex—shaped by a wide range of contributing factors that can trigger symptoms in different ways. Because depression presents in so many shades, I believe it’s most effective to approach it with an eclectic, individualized method. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Even when clients share a diagnosis, each person's experience is unique.
