Somatic therapy offers effective trauma recovery in a gentle effective manner. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Havening, and certified in Integral Somatic Psychology.
Brainspotting is a method proven to improve performance, decrease distress and support trauma recovery. The founder, David Grand, developed Brainspotting while treating trauma survivors with EMDR. He notice where we look impacts how we feel. In Brainspotting sessions, we chose a goal, find the focus (brainspot) and begin the process of allowing your nervous system to reset which often removes internal blocks to reaching your goals.
Expressive art therapy allows for releasing stress and transforming your life experience. I encourage a positive creative experience by focusing on the process rather than the product. NO art experience required!
