My Background and Approach
I believe that people are the experts of their own lives. Sometimes past events or current situations cause upheaval and individuals begin to live according to unhelpful narratives which begin to define who they are or believe they should be. Changing unhelpful behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs sometimes requires new insights, new and/or better understandings of self. Maybe you need to unpack past trauma and understand its impact on your life today. Maybe you need to explore the origins of negative thinking in order to flip the script to thoughts that better serve you. Maybe you’ve been living according to unhelpful narratives others have written for you and it’s time to write your own preferred narrative, after all… you are the expert on YOU! I will help you develop the insight you are looking for, that accurate and deep intuitive understanding of… YOU! Improved insight means recognizing that events, people, and circumstances don’t control or define you; only you do that.
