I specialize in treating teens and young adults regarding concerns including Anxiety, Depression, and Young Adult Life Transitions. I also work with LGBTQIA+ individuals on matters such as Self-Exploration, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Gender Expression. I also have a certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and incorporate mindfulness in my professional and personal life.
