About My Clients
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or challenges with relationships, confidence, and motivation. My ideal clients are thoughtful and ready to reflect on what’s holding them back. Together, we create a compassionate space to process, understand, and move toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), graduated in 2020, with experience across outpatient clinics, community programs, and private practice. Over the years, I’ve developed practical tools and strategies to help clients navigate life’s heavy moments, confusing emotions, difficult decisions, and challenging relationships. Using humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and trauma informed approaches, I work collaboratively with clients so they can process emotions, recognize patterns, and develop skills they can carry with them. Tools that bring clarity, balance, and relief in everyday life. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment free space where therapy feels human, practical, and empowering.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people have the capacity to grow and change at any stage of life. I see mental health struggles as learned patterns that can be unlearned, and my goal is to help clients replace unhelpful habits with healthier ways of coping. As a new mom, I understand how life transitions can be both joyful and overwhelming, and I bring that perspective into my work with clients navigating change, stress, and the challenges of daily life. I value compassion, authenticity, and inclusivity, and I strive to make my practice a welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds and identities.
