My Background and Approach
I have 6+ years of experience as a therapist and additional experience as a life coach and youth/high school track & field coach. I work with teens, young adults, athletes, and families navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, performance pressures, and relationship challenges. My approach blends traditional counseling with mind-body strategies, including CBT, ACT, solution-focused techniques, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. I create a safe, supportive space where clients can pause, reset, and reconnect with their inner balance. Together, we explore patterns, release stress, and build practical tools for resilience, emotional clarity, and personal growth. My goal is to help clients not only manage challenges but also thrive in life, relationships, and performance, turning overwhelm into clarity and confidence.

I believe that healing happens when the mind and body are supported together, and that everyone has the capacity to grow, adapt, and build resilience. Therapy is most effective in a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe in integrating evidence-based counseling with mind-body techniques, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help clients pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. I also believe that teens, athletes, and families thrive when emotional balance, communication, and self-awareness are strengthened alongside goal-setting and performance skills. Every person’s journey is unique, and I aim to meet each client where they are, helping them transform challenges into opportunities for growth, clarity, and lasting wellbeing.
