About My Clients
I don't believe therapy is a one size fits all. It's a relationship that responds to your unique experiences – your identities, history, strengths, and where you feel stuck. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or caught in familiar patterns. They may be navigating identity-related stress, self-criticism, or transitions in their relationships and sense of self. I bring a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach to help you find and trust your inner voice.
My Background and Approach
I combine Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), and trauma-informed, body-aware approaches to support your nervous system and create a sense of safety. I also integrate guided imagery with affirming practices for LGBTQIA+ and women's mental health. Together, we slow down to listen to the parts of you carrying pressure, fear, humor, and hope. Therapy becomes a place to understand these patterns with compassion, support parts shaped by past experiences, and foster more choice, connection, and alignment in your life. My training includes LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, women's mental health, generational trauma, mindfulness, and supporting clients coming out in midlife. I work particularly well with LGBTQIA+ adults, women, and individuals exploring identity, belonging, or relational challenges. I also support men who want to better understand their relationships with the women in their lives. When you're ready to begin, I'll be here to meet you at the threshold.
