About My Clients

I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with self-worth, boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed. In our work together, I provide a safe, compassionate space to process challenges, build coping skills, and foster resilience. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed therapist and a proud member of the LGBTQ community. I understand the importance of feeling safe, seen, and supported, and I strive to create that space for every client. My work focuses on helping adults and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also specialize in supporting self-worth, boundary-setting, and personal growth. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with warmth, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients are the experts of their own lives. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, healthier coping strategies, and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to empower clients to heal, grow, and embrace their authentic selves with confidence and self-compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As both a therapist and a member of the LGBTQ community, I deeply believe in the power of authenticity, connection, and compassion to foster healing. I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where clients of all identities and backgrounds feel safe and valued. I believe Black Lives Matter and that therapy must honor the lived experiences of those impacted by oppression, marginalization, and systemic injustice. My work is grounded in respect, empathy, and cultural humility, and I strive to recognize and affirm the unique challenges and strengths each client brings. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, one that emphasizes resilience, growth, and self-compassion. At the core of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward becoming their truest selves.
