My Background and Approach

I was a family/pediatric nurse for 10 years, and then went to school for social work. I taught sex Ed for 3 years. I take a systems approach with mindfulness and psychodynamic approaches interwoven.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I love animals and sometimes foster cats. I have 3 cats of my own, as well as a dog and am staunchly pro-animal. I have been involved in the lgbtq+ community since I was in high school, and believe that every person has a right to bodily autonomy and self-determination. Polyamorous families are valid, sex work is work, BLM.
