About My Clients
As a fully licensed Master of Social Work, I see a wide range of clients and utilize multiple methods of counseling. I am especially passionate about work with adults, couples, and multi-partner relationships.
My Background and Approach
With over 9 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, I have experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness - including substance abuse - and children with severe emotional impairments. I began my private practice in 2017 and contracted with Community Mental Health of Ottawa County. Before receiving my degrees, I worked at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health as an inpatient aid for adults with mental health diagnoses in addition to developmental disorders. I am currently in the process of pursuing my AASECT certification in sex therapy and couples counseling through the Modern Sex Therapy Institutes.
