About My Clients

I work with adults and couples who are tired of just surviving. My clients are often high-functioning but emotionally exhausted—carrying the weight of old trauma, low self-worth, relationship patterns that no longer serve them, or a deep sense of disconnection from themselves. Many are navigating life transitions, healing from emotionally unavailable or narcissistic caregivers, or feeling stuck in roles that leave little room for their own needs and truth.

My Background and Approach

I am a registered art therapist (ATR) with specialized training in trauma, PTSD, couples therapy, low self-worth, and life transitions. With years of clinical experience, I blend trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and expressive art therapy to create a uniquely supportive and effective healing environment. My approach is collaborative, creative, and tailored to your individual needs. Using CBT, we explore and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns while building practical coping skills. Simultaneously, art therapy allows access to deeper emotional experiences—especially those difficult to put into words—through creative expression. This combination fosters healing on multiple levels: cognitive, emotional, and somatic. Whether you are navigating complex trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth transitions, I provide a safe, compassionate space for you to rediscover your strengths, reclaim your voice, and move toward lasting change at your own pace.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is not about “fixing” something broken but about rediscovering the parts of yourself that have been hidden, silenced, or misunderstood. Therapy is a sacred journey inward—a courageous exploration of the stories, wounds, and patterns that shape your experience. It requires patience, compassion, and a willingness to be vulnerable. I hold a deep respect for the complexity and resilience of every individual. Healing unfolds uniquely for each person, and I believe in honoring your pace and your readiness. True change happens when you feel safe enough to face your pain, curious enough to learn from it, and empowered enough to rewrite your story. For me, therapy is a partnership rooted in presence, trust, and authentic connection. It’s a space where you are met exactly as you are—without judgment or rush—and where your voice matters. Together, we create the conditions for breakthroughs that feel real, sustainable, and deeply transformative.
