About My Clients
I love working with pregnant and postpartum women through the massive life changes that come with parenthood. I help women and their partners battle together instead against each other by arming them with skills, coping strategies and education to help with mood changes and anxiety. I also work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression and ADHD to develop insight and skills that will help them prepare for big transitions and improve relationships with family and friends.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2020, and have 7 years of collective experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with a variety of ages-- from children with autism to adolescents working to change behaviors to adults experiencing major life transitions. I have worked in community mental health
