About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed by the demands of fertility treatment? Are you struggling to feel connected — to your partner, your body, or even yourself? Does your relationship feel like you are being pulled apart by the stressors of fertility protocols? The cycles of hope, disappointment, and overwhelm. It’s common to wonder if this season of life is supposed to feel different... easier… more joyful. You may be doing everything “right,” yet still feel isolated, exhausted, or unsure of where to turn.
My Background and Approach
I can help you connect with each other, even through the stress of hormones, needles, procedures, and tearful grief. This season is intense, yes, but it doesn't have to feel so overwhelming, draining, or even hopeless. Together, we will develop coping and connection skills to manage the tides. Together, we will build a safe place to be seen and held. I will be with you every step of the journey. From your first treatment to bringing your baby home to celebrating their first birthday. Give yourself the opportunity to have parenthood with support. Reach out to schedule a session or free consultation call. I offer in-person sessions in Northwest Hills in Austin, or virtual anywhere in Texas.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice from a cultural relational perspective, which means I work to create a safe and supportive relationship between us, while acknowledging the influences and patterns of our society. While sexist, racism, homophobia, and more are present in our regular lives, their influences can feel even stronger during the vulnerable period of pregnancy and postpartum. I believe it's important that we acknowledge those systems and hold space to grieve and process the way they impact your journey to parenthood. I am a cis woman and member of the LGBT+ community, so I have particular experience moving through the world with those identities. However, I am passionate about the care and wellbeing of anyone seeking fertility support, pregnancy care, and postpartum care.
