I have extensive training in sexual dysfunction, sex therapy techniques, various gender identities, sexual orientations and BDSM. I am sex positive and strive to create a space of acceptance for exploration of issues and concerns in a nonjudgmental, non pathologizing environment. I am passionate about helping people discover their erotic sexual side so that they can have the physical/emotional intimacy that they crave, desire and deserve. Currently pursuing PhD in Clinical Sexology.

I am trained in Gottman levels 1,2,3 method couple's counseling I am also trained as a 7 principle of making a marriage work educator. While I primarily use the Gottman approach, I also integrate some elements of emotionally focused therapy and sample from other relevant experts to create the most enhanced experience for my clients.

I have specialized training in gambling addiction and am a certified Problem and Compulsive Gambling Counselor.

I am trained in Gottman levels 1,2 and 3 of the Gottman method of couple's counseling. In addition, I've completed their training in affairs and trauma as well as their couples in recovery program. I am a seven principles of making a marriage work educator as well.

In addition to the Gottman method, I also incorporate elements of emotionally focused therapy as well as sampling from other experts in the field in order to create the most enhanced experience for the couple.

I often work with women who are struggling with self esteem issues, with individuals with anxiety and still others with trauma. I utilize CBT to help clients find out where their negative thinking originated, help them to change those thinking patterns and invite them to explore alternative thoughts to create more positive feelings and actions in their lives. I work with them to help heal the "not good enough syndrome" so many women experience.

So many women struggle with the notion of not feeling worthy or good enough. Negative societal messages and often familial narratives create a whirlwind of "shoulds" that may not fit you. I welcome you to explore those constructs and retain what works for you and break free from the ones that don't! Couples may struggle with a variety of issues from communication, to conflict resolution to sexual desire discrepancy to betrayal. I am passionate about helping couples hear each other, manage disagreements and atone for betrayal. I can help couples rediscover the love and desire they had for their partner and to reconnect.
