I believe therapy is a place to be creative and grow your voice and strengthen your identity. I believe every client is courageous, they MATTER, and they have the right to their own truth. Emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated “Art is a place where you can be with your own kind, a magical place where imagination flies freely and widely.” I approach therapy with an interactive and experiential lens. I believe it is important to express your feelings and thoughts through art, sandtray, and play.
