As an eating disordered specialist based in California, I have over 3 years of experience working with a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. I have worked with various forms of trauma for over 6 years, and have personal experience with Military life. We can explore the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan that works best for you.
My Background and Approach
Specializing in Eating Disorders over the past several years has paired with my passion for treating trauma. Pursuing continued education in providing weight inclusive and gender-affirming care, EMDR therapy, as well as navigating pregnancy & eating disorders has allowed me to continue to provide my clients with the care they deserve. My aim is to provide an unconditional space in which my clients can express themselves and ever-evolving stories without judgement. I understand the complexities of life and focus on helping my clients where they are ready to begin. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
